This page describes the public website and general product privacy approach. Customer agreements or deployment-specific terms may include additional requirements.

Information you provide

When you request a demo or contact STATIQOPS, we may receive your name, work email, department or agency, approximate station/user counts, areas of interest, and any message you choose to submit.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide product information, prepare quotes, support onboarding, and communicate about requested services. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Website operations

Basic server and security logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request timing, and errors for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Customer data

Department data entered into the STATIQOPS application is used to provide the subscribed service. Access is controlled through account, role, department, and station permissions. Customers remain responsible for deciding what operational data is appropriate to enter.

Sensitive information

STATIQOPS is designed for department operations. Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the public demo/contact form. Do not use the platform for patient-care documentation unless a specific agreement and deployment have been established for that purpose.

Retention and security

We retain information for legitimate business, security, support, legal, and service-delivery purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through the public website, subject to legal, security, contractual, and operational retention requirements.

Updates

We may update this notice as STATIQOPS evolves. The effective date above identifies the current published version.

Contact

For privacy questions, use the contact/demo form on the STATIQOPS website and identify the request as a privacy inquiry.
